Sales and Client Relationship Manager

The Gi Group SA is seeking a skilled Sales and Client Relationship Manager to support store management in executing business strategy. This role requires an active sales force member who can manage specific tasks such as CRM calling campaigns, prospect registration, and cross-selling action plans.
Main Responsibilities:
Clientelling:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through weekly engagement plans.
- Provide exceptional service throughout the client journey, focusing on developing and retaining existing clients and recruiting new ones.
- Analyze business KPIs and propose action plans to drive sales growth.
Team Support:
- Serve as a point of reference for Client Advisors on store policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to safety and operational guidelines.
- Participate in the induction of new hires and assist in allocating duties and scheduling shifts.
- Manage cash payments and ensure the safety of goods, participating in shipping, receiving, and cycle counts.
Visual Merchandising:
- Follow display guidelines and report relevant information to store management, contributing to operational tasks when necessary.
Key Competencies:
- Proven top performer in sales and KPIs, with excellent organizational skills and a thorough understanding of store operations and CRM activities.
- Effective communicator with a strong understanding of performance KPIs and ability to execute action plans.
Estimate Salary:
We estimate this role comes with a salary of approximately $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
