Job Description

As a Sales Team Lead at Gi Group SA, you will play a crucial role in driving client engagement and growth in-store. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional client experiences, drive sales, and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).

Main Responsibilities
  • Ensure an exceptional client experience by coaching the team to connect with clients, convert them into customers, retain their loyalty, and reactivate dormant relationships.
  • Assist in setting and achieving quantitative and qualitative objectives through CRM activities, ensuring retention and conversion targets are met.
  • Utilize digital tools to enhance the client journey and foster strong sales partnerships.
  • Manage VIP and top spender clients, handling delicate sales and after-sales situations with care.
Team Coaching
  • Recruit and retain top talent, ensuring career development and succession plans are in place.
  • Continuously assess and coach team skills to shift focus from transactions to relationship building.
  • Conduct monthly performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to promote a positive and professional team environment.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager and HR on employee relations to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
Product Handling
  • Adhere to safety and operational guidelines to maintain a secure and efficient store environment.
  • Ensure stock provision and proper mix, safeguarding valuable products and materials.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and manage product transfers to optimize inventory levels.
Store Image
  • Maintain visual criteria and store cleanliness to create an attractive and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Plan and verify display fittings with the In-Store Visual team to maximize brand visibility.

The ideal candidate will possess effective management and coaching skills, transparent communication, and a strong understanding of performance KPIs. A fluency in English is also essential. Salary: €50,000 - €60,000 per year.
