Sales Director for Structured Products

SIX is seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead the sales efforts for structured products in the DACH region. This is a dynamic role that requires a strong understanding of the financial industry and the ability to drive revenue growth.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have extensive experience in product sales, specifically in structured products, bonds, and ETPs/ETFs. They will be responsible for managing the full-cycle sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, and ensuring a seamless experience for clients. The successful candidate will also be responsible for regional sales performance, identifying opportunities across new leads and existing clients to drive revenue and hit targets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share in the DACH region.
- Manage the full-cycle sales process, including lead generation, qualification, and closing deals.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients on Sell & Buy Side, understanding their needs and delivering customized reference data solutions.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of structured products, bonds, and ETPs/ETFs, effectively communicating their value propositions and technical details to potential clients.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Relevant knowledge of product sales experience in the financial services industry, with a strong focus on financial products (structured products) and data services.
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving significant revenue growth, as well as a proven expertise in leading complex negotiations and closing high-value deals.
- Deep understanding of financial markets and the needs of different market participants, with a solid understanding of investment products and related data and ancillary services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English, with the ability to effectively present complex information to diverse audiences.
- A competitive salary of €80,000 - €120,000 per year, depending on experience.
