Switzerland Sales Director

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in Switzerland.
About the Role:- Steer the operational sales process in the geographical area, ensuring alignment with global strategy and local market conditions.
- Oversee safety, security, and quality of warehouse and aircraft handling activities, including negotiations with service providers and partner airlines.
- Represent Lufthansa Cargo AG's interests in the region, fostering partnerships with local authorities, industry associations, and media outlets.
- Develop and implement sales and handling plans tailored to the local market, ensuring connectivity with the global LH Cargo system.
- Lead a team of LH Cargo staff in Switzerland as a disciplinary superior, driving efficiency and effectiveness in organization and processes.
- Manage country/district financial tasks, adhering to budgetary constraints.
- Master's degree required; business/economics or engineering university degree desirable.
- Minimum 5-8 years of relevant work experience in logistics or airline industry.
- Good knowledge of LH Cargo's processes and organization, or comparable international structures.
- Excellent English language skills required; German language skills desirable.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Change management, communication, customer orientation, teamwork, and assessment screening skills essential.
- Valid driver's license required; willingness to travel frequently.
