Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate, experienced, and credible security sales manager to lead our team of security sellers in Switzerland. This role requires strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of Microsoft Security XDR, Data security, and Microsoft Cloud Security offerings, as well as the ability to articulate and present the business value of Microsoft's security solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develops and maintains a strong understanding of customers' industries and business priorities, discusses customer needs and solutions based on customer insights, and supports and coaches the team to drive the security sales business for enterprise commercial customers in Switzerland.
- Leverages coaching framework Model | Coach | Care to provide consistent coaching rhythm.
- Leads the team to increase customer relevance by driving adoption of the Microsoft Customer Engagement Methodology (MCEM).
- Enhances cybersecurity, cyberrisk & sales capabilities across the organization to achieve excellence in customer interactions on CxO level.
- Atrracts, develops, and retains talent.
- Delivers results through teamwork: Drive execution of projects and value selling; drive a growth mindset and learning-focused culture by empowering team to focus on learning; partner and collaborate with other teams.
Requirements
- Extensive years of experience in technology-related sales or account management OR Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND 6+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience OR equivalent experience.
- Cybersecurity Sales (must) and Consulting background with focus on large enterprise customers.
- Solid understanding of the Microsoft Security XDR, Data security, and Microsoft Cloud Security offerings and complementing solutions.
- Demonstrated experience and expertise selling to senior business leaders, especially CISO, by aligning & reinforcing the value of cybersecurity solution to the customer's overall business pain and/or strategic opportunities and decision criteria.
About the Role
This role offers an estimated salary range of €120,000 - €180,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
