Enterprise Identity Governance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Identity Governance Specialist to join our team at iC Consult. Based in the UK, Belgium, France, Germany, Switzerland, and Spain with remote work options available.
Job Description:As an Enterprise Identity Governance Specialist, you will be responsible for deploying and configuring Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud solutions to align with customer requirements and integrate seamlessly with existing systems and applications.
You will lead the design, architecture, and end-to-end implementation of Saviynt Identity Governance solutions, addressing complex integration challenges and enhancing strategies through in-depth competitive analysis of IAM solutions.
Responsibilities include overseeing the entire Saviynt implementation lifecycle, including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and documentation, following best practices and methodologies.
You will engage with customers to gather requirements, conduct technical workshops, and provide regular updates, ensuring clear translation of needs into technical solutions.
The successful candidate will provide advanced technical support, troubleshooting, and debugging for complex issues; customize Saviynt integrations with third-party applications using Java, SQL, REST APIs, and collaborate with product engineering and operations teams for effective resolutions.
You will also lead technical discussions, proof-of-concept activities, and guide junior team members, ensuring high-quality implementation and alignment with client expectations.
In addition, you will support pre-sales activities by contributing to proposals, conducting technical assessments, and providing competitive analysis to refine implementation strategies and address customer needs.
Requirements:- Extensive IAM experience: 5-10 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, customizing, configuring, and deploying Identity Management and Governance solutions, with at least 4+ years focused on Saviynt.
- Technical expertise: Proficiency in Cloud Security, Java/J2EE, SQL, Web Services (REST/SOAP), Directories (LDAP), and Unix/Linux environments, with experience in scripting (Unix Shell/Perl) and automating batch jobs.
- Domain knowledge: Expertise in IGA, including User Lifecycle Management, Provisioning, Reconciliation, Auditing, Access Certification, and Segregation of Duties (SoD).
- Customer & communication skills: Proven ability to engage directly with customers for requirement gathering and expectation management, coupled with excellent verbal and written communication skills to deliver technical presentations and documentation.
An estimated salary range of £80,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience and location.
