Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary range of CHF 80,000 - 120,000 per year, depending on experience.

Your Role

You will be part of a small but excellent team responsible for the complete development platform for our customer projects, some of which are highly sensitive.

In your role as system administrator, you will ensure the stable and secure operation of the infrastructure, applications, and services we offer our customers and projects. You will work closely with development teams and the security office.

Additionally, you will have the opportunity to use your experience in expanding and further developing server infrastructures and actively participate in projects.

Requirements
  • You have a proven track record of working in virtualized IT environments and can quickly adapt to new situations.
  • You enjoy troubleshooting complex, linked, and multi-layered applications and find challenges stimulating.
  • You hold a degree in computer science with a focus on platform development or a comparable education. Ideal candidates possess higher professional qualifications or certifications that confirm their skills.
  • You have an open mindset and a willingness to develop further together with a team.
  • You are a Swiss citizen or hold a B residence permit.
  • You meet the requirements for the extended personal security check according to Article 11 (PSP11).

The following knowledge and experience are essential:

  • Teamwork and sharing knowledge are integral to your approach.
  • You have experience in the holistic operation of an IT infrastructure.
  • You are familiar with server virtualization using VMware and Hyper-V.
  • You have administered physical Cisco switches and firewalls.
  • You have worked with terminal servers and remote desktops before.
  • You are familiar with the Linux world, including Ubuntu and RedHat.
  • You have experience with IT operation tools, ideally Lansweeper and PRTG.
  • You speak and write German fluently and communicate well in English, both in writing and orally.
