ART Computer is a leading Apple Premium Reseller in Switzerland, renowned for its expertise in Apple technologies. We're looking for a Junior Systems and Network Engineer to join our dynamic team.

Job Description

As an ambassador of ART Computer, you will be the primary point of contact for B2B, B2C, and Education customers. Your exceptional knowledge of network and security solutions will enable you to advise clients on the most suitable infrastructure for their needs.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Analyzing customer requirements and designing comprehensive digital transformation projects;
  • Installing, configuring, and maintaining network infrastructure for our clients;
  • Implementing and managing server and device management solutions (MDM);
  • Deploying computers and mobile devices (iOS, macOS, etc.);
  • Providing remote and on-site support for our customers' infrastructures;
  • Designing and delivering tailored training sessions;
  • Creating technical documentation for internal and external use;
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in German as your mother tongue;
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken);
  • The ability to obtain a working permit in Switzerland (Swiss or EU resident);
  • A minimum of two to five years of relevant experience;
  • Excellent knowledge of macOS and iOS;
  • Expertise in business infrastructure (network technologies and concepts);
  • Familiarity with MDM solutions (Jamf, FileWave, Meraki Systems Manager, etc.);
  • A good understanding of other essential technologies (VoIP, Azure, Office365, etc.);
  • A commitment to providing high-quality work and delivering premium services to our customers;
  • Serious, organized, and autonomous;
  • A curious nature, always seeking to learn and stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the Apple ecosystem;
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of CHF 70,000 - CHF 90,000 per year, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits, including:
