About the JobWe are seeking an experienced Junior Systems and Network Engineer to join our IT team. As a representative of ART Computer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative solutions in the Apple ecosystem, helping our customers achieve their digital transformation goals.
Your mission is to provide exceptional technical expertise and support to our clients, ensuring they receive premium services and tailored solutions that meet their specific needs.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze customer requirements and design customized projects for successful digital transformations;
- Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure for our clients;
- Implement and maintain servers and device management solutions (MDM);
- Deploy computers and mobile devices (iOS, macOS, etc.);
- Provide remote and on-site management of customer infrastructures;
- Design and deliver tailor-made training sessions;
- Develop internal documentation and provide technical reports to customers;
- German as mother tongue or fluent in German;
- Excellent written and spoken English skills;
- Ability to obtain a working permit in Switzerland (Swiss or EU resident);
- TWO TO FIVE YEARS OF RELEVANT EXPERIENCE IN SYSTEMS AND NETWORK ENGINEERING;
- Expert knowledge of macOS and iOS operating systems;
- Thorough understanding of business infrastructures, including network technologies and concepts;
- Familiarity with MDM solutions (Jamf, FileWave, Meraki Systems Manager, etc.);
- Knowledge of other essential technologies (VoIP, Azure, Office365, etc.) is beneficial;
- A strong willingness to deliver high-quality work and provide premium services to our clients;
- Serious, organized, and autonomous individual with a curiosity to learn and stay updated on the latest Apple ecosystem news;
