Supply Chain Optimization Specialist

At TEKGI, we are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Optimization Specialist to join our team in Zurich, Switzerland. This is a full-time position with the flexibility of working remotely or in a hybrid environment.

The estimated salary for this role is CHF 80,000 - 100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Role

We are looking for an expert in Kinaxis RapidResponse who can optimize supply chain processes, lead system implementations, support day-to-day operations, and drive continuous improvements across the organization's supply chain.

  • Kinaxis RapidResponse Implementation and Configuration:
    • Leverage Kinaxis RapidResponse to design, configure, and deploy solutions that meet business requirements.
    • Customize workflows, dashboards, and data integration points for seamless operations.
    • Ensure integration with existing enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Supply Chain Optimization:
    • Analyze demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, and production scheduling processes to identify areas for improvement.
    • Conduct scenario planning and what-if simulations to support decision-making.
    • Monitor and optimize key supply chain performance metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • User Training and Support:
    • Provide training and support to end-users and super-users on Kinaxis functionalities and best practices.
    • Troubleshoot system issues and deliver timely solutions to support daily operations.
    • Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, business processes, and training materials.
  • Project Management:
    • Manage or support supply chain-related projects, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with business objectives.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, logistics, procurement, and production to ensure project success.
    • Communicate project milestones, risks, and changes to stakeholders.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Develop custom reports and dashboards to support real-time visibility into the supply chain.
    • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
    • Support the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track supply chain performance.

We require a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Kinaxis RapidResponse certification is highly preferred.
