IT Audit Specialist

Lonza, a global leader in life sciences, is seeking an experienced IT Audit Specialist to join its dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the planning, execution, and completion of IT-focused internal audit assignments.
This position offers significant opportunities for career growth and development within Lonza. After 3-4 years of internal audit experience, you'll be well-positioned for leadership roles, with ample potential for advancement.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain the IT audit universe, conduct IT risk assessments, and develop audit plans.
- Plan, prepare, execute, and document audits, followed by debriefs with key stakeholders and senior IT leadership.
- Follow up on IT audit recommendations and track their implementation.
In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our IT practices meet compliance, security, and operational standards. You will also identify areas for continuous improvement as the company advances through its technology.
Requirements:- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in IT auditing and/or demonstrated proficiency in IT operations.
- Solid understanding of IT Governance and risk management.
- Technical knowledge covering both infrastructure and application layer.
- Familiarity with IT management practices, including Operations, Development, Security, and Project management.
The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
