Job Description
We are looking for a seasoned Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant who will partner with our Sales team in Switzerland. As a key member of our account teams, you will collaborate with Sales and other internal stakeholders to provide compelling solutions for our enterprise customers.
Role:
You will be responsible for uncovering a customer's current and future states and their goals in order to best position Sprinklr's solutions. You are a strong communicator who can develop compelling presentations that illustrate Sprinklr's business value to customers at all levels.
You understand how Sprinklr can fit into a customer's technology stack and the common use cases we can support across systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications
We are seeking an experienced professional with 5-10 years of experience in a Pre-Sales role at a SaaS company, ideally in the CCaaS space. You should have a proven track record of success in customer service, preferably in Contact Center solutions, and exposure to marketing, advertising, business intelligence, or commerce spaces.
You should be familiar with Omni-channel engagement, Contact Centre (Voice and Digital), Conversational AI, WFM, Speech Analytics & Automated Quality Management, Case Management & CRM.
