Migros Online is seeking an experienced Customer Experience Strategist to lead our CX research team in promoting strategic and tactical customer insights across the organisation.
Job Description
We are looking for an innovative and results-driven individual with a strong focus on customer-centricity. As a key member of our team, you will oversee Voice of Customer (VoC) initiatives, ensuring customer feedback and market trends are effectively integrated into strategic decisions.
You will monitor and analyse customer satisfaction to identify areas for improvement, empower researchers throughout the product development cycle, and run research activities, planning, and guiding.
Collaborate closely with leadership from product design, engineering, data, and product management to establish a shared language for alignment between research, design, and broader business teams.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A completed degree in HCI/Computer Science, Psychology, Social Sciences, Human Factors or work experience in a similar field with a strong focus on UCD, UX, and digital products
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Well-founded expertise in Customer and User Experience Research
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of around €80,000 - €100,000 per year, depending on your level of experience.
