At Smarttech247, we are seeking a skilled Sales Manager to lead our high energy sales team. As a seasoned sales professional with experience in managing a sales team and driving growth, you will play a critical role in achieving sales targets in Ireland and internationally.

This is an exciting opportunity to work proactively with the sales and marketing leadership to craft and execute on expansion strategies in new markets, leveraging our brand and industry-leading Security capabilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building confidence and trust with direct reports, providing developmental feedback, and coaching team members to develop their professional sales skills.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong sales skills, the ability to teach sourcing and sales strategies, and maintain headcount through recruiting, selecting, and training new Sales Specialists.

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 per year, along with opportunities for growth and development in a collaborative environment.

Key qualifications include experience managing a sales team, leading a consultative sales process, and superior coaching skills. You will also need to be detail-oriented, have good prospecting skills, and strong analytic skills to identify trends and gaps in activities and results.
