Finders SA, a leading Health-Tech company in Switzerland, is seeking a talented Sales Growth Leader to drive sales growth in the Swiss German region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to expand our presence in this market.

**About Us**
Finders SA has been a pioneer in collaborative software publishing for home healthcare for over 20 years. With a strong track record of innovation and customer satisfaction, we have established ourselves as one of the top players in the Swiss Health-Tech industry. Our client base includes major public institutions and private SPITEX services across Switzerland.

**Location and Job Details**
The ideal candidate should be based around Zurich or be willing to relocate. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the company's growth. The successful candidate will report directly to the Sales Manager in S. Romande.

**Key Responsibilities**
As a Sales Growth Leader, your primary focus will be on developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the Swiss German region. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and negotiating deals to secure new clients. Additionally, you will work closely with our sales team to develop targeted marketing campaigns and provide training to enhance their sales skills.

**Requirements**
  • ">
  • Demonstrated experience as a Sales Manager with 5+ years in sales roles within the information systems, medico-social sectors, or other relevant fields.">
  • Proven track record in sales within the software publishing industry or value-added services sector.">
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, comfortable engaging with senior management, IT directors of clients, and significant stakeholders.">
  • Fluent German/Swiss German with either good English or French.">
  • A well-established network of contacts within the SPITEX target segments.">
  • Ability to travel to S. Romande regularly.
