Sales and Business Development Specialist

DuraMon GmbH, an innovative ETH spin-off, is seeking a skilled Sales and Business Development Specialist to join our team. Our company specializes in providing reliable corrosion diagnosis and forecast solutions for concrete structures, with a focus on the DACH region.
CompensationWe offer a competitive salary of €80,000 - €100,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to earn a bonus based on project acquisitions.
Job DescriptionAs a Sales and Business Development Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement strategies to capture different customer segments in the construction industry. This includes identifying and understanding decision-making processes of asset owners/operators at various levels, acquiring new customers, monitoring key project opportunities, and supporting marketing activities.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering and at least 2 years of experience as a consulting engineer or team leader in the construction sector. Fluency in German and English is also required.
