We're seeking a talented German-speaking Sales and Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team at Cross Border Talents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute tailored sales strategies for clients, focusing on growth and success.
  • Built lasting relationships with clients to understand their goals and deliver results.
  • Create sales plans aligned with client objectives, emphasizing market trends and challenges.
  • Analyze sales data to optimize strategies and identify new growth opportunities.

  • Track and report key metrics such as sales targets, client satisfaction, and success rates.
Requirements
  • C2 level proficiency in German.
  • C1 level proficiency in English.
  • EU Citizenship or Greek residency card.
  • Minimum one year of experience in sales, with a focus on inbound/outbound sales.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • A passion for client relationships and a desire to learn and grow in the industry.
