We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager to join our team at Finders SA, a leading company in the Health-Tech industry.

Finders SA is a major actor in the Swiss market, known for its innovative collaborative software publishing solutions for home healthcare. With over 20 years of experience, we have established ourselves as one of the leaders in our field, working with top Swiss public institutions and private SPITEX services.
Location and Job Description
This full-time position is based around Zurich and offers the opportunity to work remotely. As a Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing sales in the Swiss German area, reporting directly to the Sales Manager in S. Romande.
You will receive comprehensive training on our SAAS application and be equipped with the tools necessary to conduct business development in the region, with challenging yet achievable objectives.
About You
- 5+ years of experience as a Sales Manager in the information systems, medico-social sectors, or relevant fields such as medical technology, pharmaceuticals, or public health;
- Proven track record in sales within the software publishing industry or value-added services sector;
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable engaging with senior management, IT directors of clients, and significant stakeholders in our ecosystem;
- Fluent German/Swiss German with good English or French;
- A well-established network of contacts within the SPITEX target segments;
- Ability and willingness to travel to S. Romande regularly;
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of CHF 80,000 - CHF 120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as professional development opportunities and a dynamic work environment.
