Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Client Manager to join our team at msg global solutions.

About the Job

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development, with a strong focus on customer relationships and revenue growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients, and driving sales activities to meet or exceed targets.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and qualification
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including senior executives and decision-makers
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including presales and delivery teams, to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely and effective communication with stakeholders
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and RFP responses to secure new business
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the sales organization

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the software and IT services industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Fluent in English (German is also desirable)
