As we expand our presence in Central Europe, we seek a skilled and strategic Business Development Recruiting Specialist (Central Europe) to drive business growth and enhance our presence in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting: Conduct thorough market research and engage in targeted outreach initiatives to identify potential clients within Central Europe.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build lasting relationships with clients, understanding their unique recruitment needs and positioning Substance as their trusted partner.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and economic factors influencing recruitment in Central Europe to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with sales leadership to devise and implement effective business development strategies that generate leads and secure client acquisitions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with recruitment and marketing teams to align messaging, optimize outreach efforts, and facilitate seamless processes for client engagement.
  • Reporting: Regularly analyze sales data and client feedback to measure success and identify areas for improvement, adjusting strategies accordingly.

We are seeking an individual with a passion for sales and a keen interest in driving impact in Central Europe's recruitment landscape.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or recruitment, specifically within the Central European market.
  • Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in any additional Central European languages is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive successful client acquisition.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with CRM systems to track leads and sales performance.
  • A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
