About the Role

We're seeking a motivated Business Development Recruiting Specialist to enhance our business development efforts and drive growth in Central Europe.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and target potential clients through comprehensive market research and outreach initiatives.
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and positioning Substance as their preferred partner.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and economic factors affecting recruitment in Central Europe.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to devise and implement business development strategies.
  • Team up with recruitment and marketing teams to align messaging and optimize outreach efforts.
  • Analyze sales data and client feedback to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements

We're looking for an individual with a passion for sales and a keen interest in making a significant impact in Central Europe's recruitment landscape.

  • 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or recruitment within the Central European market.
  • Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in any additional Central European languages is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive successful client acquisition.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with CRM systems to track leads and sales performance.
  • A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
