Our cutting-edge solution offers fresh meals, snacks, and drinks daily to companies across the country. A dedicated team of chefs ensures that every meal is prepared with love and care.

We are expanding into the Swiss-German market and seek a seasoned Sales and Relationship Development Expert to join our mission. Based in Zurich, this role will be instrumental in helping us achieve our ambitious growth objectives by fostering strong relationships with our clients. You will work closely with our COO & Head of Customer Development to ensure your success.

About the Role
  • You will manage a portfolio of existing B2B customers in the French-speaking region of Switzerland
  • You will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, establishing a personal connection and building trust
  • You will design and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience, including client onboarding and regular performance reporting
  • You will respond to support requests and resolve customer complaints efficiently
  • You will collaborate with internal operations teams to address challenges and anticipate customer needs
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in hospitality, management, or marketing
  • Proven passion for customer service and a 'client-first' mindset; experience in account management or hospitality is an asset
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and general tech-savviness
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluency in French and English is mandatory, German is an advantage
  • Polish, great interpersonal skills, and a professional demeanor
  • Creativity, flexibility, and autonomy
  • A team player with a 'can-do' attitude
  • A valid driver's license
