Exciting Opportunity for a Financial Services Expert in Eastern Europe

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Financial Services Expert, specializing in Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services regulations and excellent analytical skills.

About the Role

  • This is a full-time position, with an estimated workload of 80-100%.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our clients in various aspects of financial services, including KYC, AML, and regulatory compliance.
  • They will conduct audits of regulatory issues with clients from the financial sector, analyze and evaluate current regulatory requirements, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws, guidelines, and standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in law or economics is required.
  • A minimum of 1 to 4 years of experience in financial services regulations, KYC, AML, and/or other relevant financial market regulations is necessary.
  • Fluency in English and Russian is mandatory, while German or French skills are a plus.
  • Excellent customer service skills, motivation, and assertiveness are essential, along with a strong team spirit.
  • The ability to analyze complex regulatory challenges and develop solutions is crucial.
