About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our Sales organization in Zurich, Switzerland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the Public, Life Sciences, and Telco industries.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and grow existing accounts
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver tailored solutions to meet customer needs
  • Provide regular updates and insights to senior management on sales performance and market developments

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in a software industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
  • Fluent in German and English, with ability to communicate effectively in both languages
