About the Role

As a Business Development and Administrative Coordinator at Infront, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and ensuring seamless administrative operations. Your responsibilities will include supporting the sales team, managing contracts, and overseeing client onboarding with a focus on our Swiss entities and client base.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Create and manage contracts for multiple Infront products and maintain central documentation to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance administrative tasks for our Swiss sales team and office.
  • Support the Swiss Sales and Account Management teams with various tasks, including customer migrations, addressing complaints or concerns, and maintaining CRM data.
  • Oversee technical onboarding, changes, and offboarding for multiple Infront products, focusing on PM and terminals, and extend interfaces for Swiss PM customers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM data, performing regular quality checks and updates to ensure data integrity.
  • Prepare correspondence across various areas, including contract delivery, orders, customer requests, and general communication with customers and suppliers.
  • Open and distribute daily mail, empty mailboxes, scan and forward documents to relevant departments (HR, Finance, Data Management, etc.).
  • Coordinate events and handle deliveries, as well as order office materials and manage mail postings.

About You

  • You have experience in office administration or sales support, with a can-do attitude towards challenges.
  • Professionally experienced in a similar role, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • A strong teamwork player with a solution-oriented approach, focused on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Fluent in German and English, with high technical understanding and aptitude, and proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.

Estimated Salary Range: CHF 50,000 - CHF 65,000 per annum
