About the Role

Quantica Capital AG is seeking a highly skilled Senior Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Zurich. This exciting opportunity will see you support the smooth operation of our office, managing a diverse range of administrative, HR, and compliance responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Management: Oversee day-to-day office operations, including reception duties, correspondence, and supply management.
  • Event Planning: Plan and organize events, coordinating travel arrangements as needed.
  • Financial Administration: Manage monthly and quarterly invoicing processes, supporting expenses claim management and reconciliation.
  • Support Services: Provide administrative support to our management and business teams, assisting with ad-hoc projects and tasks as required.
  • HR Support: Assist in the recruiting process, coordinate HR-related tasks, and collect and organize documents for Due Diligence Questionnaires.
  • Compliance: Handle compliance requests in collaboration with our COO, coordinating the approval process for business travels outside Switzerland.
Your Profile

We're looking for someone with commercial education (KV) or maturity, ideally with experience working in a financial institution. You should have a strong command of English and German, both written and spoken, and be proficient in MS Office. A high level of confidentiality, a passion for administrative tasks, strong organizational skills, and a client-orientated approach are essential.
