Senior Financial Analyst for Private Equity Funds

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Financial Analyst to join our Private Equity Controlling team at coni+partner AG in Zurich, Switzerland.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading consultancy company, specializing in custom-fit staffing and asset management services. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for providing financial support and analysis to our clients in the private equity industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform ongoing financial analysis and review of private equity investments.
  • Reconcile data and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Coordinate financials and financial flows with global teams.
  • Contribute to financial projections, cash management, and performance measurements.
  • Control PE mandates, analyze separate accounts, and monitor mandate-specific obligations.
  • Valuate PE funds in coordination with external service providers.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Banking & Finance.
  • Professional experience with an Asset Manager or BigFour firm.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
  • English language proficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a track record in fund controlling or accounting and be familiar with the fund life cycle, financial statements, capital calls, valuations, etc.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of approximately CHF 80,000 - 110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
