Facilities Coordinator - Operations Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Facilities Coordinator to join our team in Zürich. As a key member of our facility management organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide timely and effective assistance to clients, suppliers, peers, building tenants, and management to ensure their needs are met and satisfaction is maintained.
  • Communication: Ensure clear and transparent communication at all times, including regular follow-ups and updates.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels and order supplies as needed to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Safety and Security: Maintain a safe and secure working environment, adhering to local regulations, client requirements, and CBRE policies.
  • Workspace Management: Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to manage workspaces efficiently.
  • Issue Reporting: Document and escalate issues or non-conformances, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Schedule and oversee equipment maintenance and repairs, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Supply Chain Management: Liaise with suppliers to resolve invoicing and payment discrepancies.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance, including handling shipments, mail, and invoicing.
  • Other Duties: Perform other tasks as required by the business.
