Facilities Coordinator for Event Support

We are seeking a highly motivated Facilities Assistant - Events to join our growing Facility Management organization at a client in the Technology sector in Zürich (ZH).
As a Facilities Assistant - Events, you will be responsible for maintaining meeting rooms to a professional appearance throughout the day, ensuring general office equipment and consumables are replenished, and managing on-site storage space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure meeting rooms are maintained to a professional appearance throughout the day
- Maintain general office equipment and consumables, replenish with adequate supplies
- Maintain and manage on-site storage space
- Assist with Receptionist covers and Administrative duties
- Execute inter-office transports with company-provided vehicles
Requirements:
- Fluency in written and spoken English language
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Displays proactive day-to-day problem-solving, with ownership and pride
- A highly motivated individual, with excellent use of initiative and demonstrates a strong passion for service excellence and understanding customer needs
- Experienced working in the service industry in a customer-facing role
- Strong technical skills required (handyman tasks)
