Job Description

As an Executive Office Coordinator at CBRE Global Workplace Solutions, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our client's office in Zürich, Switzerland.

Responsibilities
  1. Welcome clients and visitors to the office, providing exceptional support as needed.
  2. Cover day-to-day operational tasks, including office coordination.
  3. Provide first-level support for employees with IT, AV, and office-related issues.
  4. Oversee mailroom activities, tracking incoming and outgoing letters, courier services, and other logistical aspects.
  5. Collaborate closely with the Area Facilities Manager on health and safety matters, risk assessments, accident reporting, and compliance.
  6. Ensure seamless communication with handymen and technicians to maintain efficient office operations.
  7. Manage switchboard activities, adhering to client procedures.
  8. Perform general office administration and inventory tasks as required.
Requirements
  1. Previous experience in office management, front-of-house, reception, or customer-facing roles is essential.
  2. Demonstrate strong administrative and communication skills.
  3. Hold good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and be IT literate.
  4. Show numerical skills and some financial acumen.
  5. Evidence excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
  6. Fluency in German is a must; proficiency in French and English is also required.
