Strategic Infrastructure Investment Manager

This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with both new and existing clients, supporting the firm's continued growth in the infrastructure investment sector. The Investor Relations Manager will be responsible for leading a newly created RFP team, becoming a product specialist, and taking ownership of storylines of infrastructure solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Effective client communication, including coordination of investors' questions and requests relating to the organisation and investor accounts
  • Responsible for the interface to the Private Banking Department regarding infra products
  • Actively support or take responsibility of third parties, such as placement agents
  • Taking ownership of processes regarding advisory committee meetings, investor calls, ad hoc client meetings: set up meetings, prepare materials in collaboration with internal stakeholders and participate in meetings
  • Responsible for the final reporting incl. content (NAV, Quarterly Reports, individual investor reports)
  • Leading the Investor Relations communications incl. content creation and responsibility of newsletters / articles in financial publications
  • Actively participating in and taking ownership of internal projects (product development tasks etc.)

The successful applicant will have:

  • 5 years of experience in Alternative Investments, preferably in Private Equity/Energy Transition Infrastructure, in a company with international orientation
  • 10 years of experience with of RFP / DDQ processes as well as RFP content management
  • Degree in Finance, Business Administration or equivalent tertiary education (Uni, Fachhochschule)
  • Ability to oversee and understand complex and interdependent work streams, setting the right priorities and deadlines, constructively influencing others to deliver on agreed objectives
  • Understanding of the relevant legal frameworks of illiquid funds and experience in handling changes in Fund Documentation is a plus
