Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Investment Fund Manager to join our team at AXA Investment Managers. As a key member of our investment team, you will be responsible for managing a significant real estate fund with a broad diversification strategy, including the implementation of investment strategies.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement investment strategies to achieve market-driven performance targets
  • Secure funding in line with defined growth plans
  • Become the main point of contact for existing customers and support the sales team in acquiring new investors/customers
  • Lead and plan the real estate portfolios aligned with the fund's strategy/goals
  • Plan and implement the fund's financing strategy, including liquidity planning
  • Ensure optimal property management by the asset management team
  • Coordinate external appraisal experts
  • Guarantee compliant reporting and accounting to various stakeholders
  • Provide personnel leadership
  • Participate in local and global projects
Your Profile
  • Degree in Business Administration and/or specialized education/experience in real estate management
  • Extensive experience in managing real estate portfolios and open Swiss real estate funds in a regulated environment
  • Extensive knowledge of the Swiss real estate market, including real estate management, transaction processes, and development processes
  • Coupled analytical and management skills (e.g., cash flow analysis, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, IT) combined with profound regulatory knowledge and experience with complex investment projects (tax and legal structuring, financing)
  • Able team player
  • Strong determination and negotiation skills
  • Pragmatic with good organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • High reliability, thorough work ethic
  • Creativity, flexibility, self-confidence, entrepreneurial mindset, result-oriented work
  • Well-developed intercultural management skills
  • Willingness to take responsibility
  • Fluent in German and English, French is a plus
