Here is the job description for the Real Estate Investment Analyst position at AXA Investment Managers.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Investment Analyst to join our team in Switzerland.

As a Real Estate Investment Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the Fund Management Team and contributing to the success of our business in Switzerland.

Your key responsibilities will include:

* Analyzing and preparing portfolio data and year-to-date (YTD) portfolio comparisons
* Supporting the valuation process of the AXA Real Estate Fund Switzerland
* Monitoring third-party competitors (benchmarking) and the entire Swiss real estate market
* Creating and coordinating annual and semi-annual reports for the fund
* Preparing and finalizing ad-hoc reports, including presentations for customers and internal decision-making bodies
* Supporting business growth through analysis of acquisitions, renovations, and developments, as well as supporting the execution of transactions
* Serving as a liaison between Asset Management, Development, and Construction, Transactions, Accounting, and FMCG

Your Profile

We are looking for a candidate with a strong educational background in real estate economics or a related field, or a business or economics degree with a focus on real estate.

Key qualifications include:

* Excellent analytical skills with a solid understanding of financial techniques related to real estate investments, with a focus on cash flow analysis and modeling
* Experience in valuation is an asset
* Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
* A strong team player with excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English, with French being an asset
