Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Fund Manager to join our team at AXA Investment Managers. As a key member of our investment team, you will be responsible for managing a significant real estate fund with a broad diversification strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive investment strategy for the fund, ensuring optimal performance and risk management.
  • Source and secure funding for the fund's growth plan, working closely with our finance team.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients and support our sales team in acquiring new investors.
  • Lead and plan the real estate portfolio, aligning it with the fund's strategy and goals.
  • Design and implement the fund's financing strategy, including liquidity planning.
  • Ensure optimal asset management, overseeing the real estate assets and coordinating with external experts.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and provide accurate reporting to various stakeholders.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team.
  • Participate in local and global projects.

Requirements:

  • Completed education in business administration or relevant field, with specialized training or experience in real estate management.
  • Extensive experience in managing real estate portfolios and open Swiss real estate funds in a regulated environment.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the Swiss real estate market, including property management, transactions, and development processes.
  • Strong analytical and management skills, combined with in-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and experience with complex investment projects.
  • Excellent team player with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • High level of determination and negotiation skills.
  • Pragmatic with good organizational skills.
