Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Real Estate Investment Manager to join our team at AXA Investment Managers. As a key member of our investment team, you will be responsible for the oversight and management of a significant real estate fund with a broad diversification strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement an effective investment strategy aligned with the fund's objectives.
  • Source and secure funding in line with the approved asset growth plan.
  • Budget and manage existing customer relationships while supporting sales teams in identifying new investors/customers.
  • Lead and develop the real estate portfolio aligned with the fund's strategy and goals.
  • Design and execute the fund's financing strategy, including liquidity planning.
  • Ensure optimal property management through asset management.
  • Coordinate with external valuation experts.
  • Maintain regulatory compliance by ensuring timely and accurate reporting and accounting for various stakeholders.
  • Promote a positive work environment through personnel leadership.
  • Collaborate on local and global projects.
About You:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in Business Administration or related field, supplemented by specific training/experience in real estate management.
  • Substantial experience in managing real estate portfolios and Swiss open-end real estate funds within a regulated environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Swiss real estate market, including property management, transactions, and development processes.
  • Comprehensive analytical and management skills (e.g., cash flow analysis, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling) combined with a solid understanding of regulations and complex investment projects (tax and legal structuring, financing).
  • Strong team player with high assertiveness and negotiation skills.
  • Pragmatic approach with good organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • High reliability, meticulous work ethic.
  • Creativity, flexibility, self-confidence, entrepreneurial mindset, results-driven work.
  • Well-developed intercultural management skills.
  • Willingness to take responsibility.
  • Fluent spoken and written English, German; French is a plus.

About This Role:

This position offers a competitive salary range of approximately $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with qualifications and experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
