At Aryzta AG, we are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to the CEO to provide administrative support to our senior leadership team. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and growing international food business.

Our vision is to be the preferred partner for in-store bakery solutions in four channels: Grocery, Convenience, Quick Service Restaurants, and Bakeries and Foodservice. To achieve this goal, we focus on delivering the gold standard for in-store bake-off solutions across seven categories: Bread, Rolls, Croissant, Pastry, Savoury, American Bakery, and Buns.

The Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join our ExCo team. The successful candidate will manage all administrative and organizational support for the CEO and ExCo members, ensuring seamless communication and coordination within the team.

  • Coordinate schedules and correspondence for the CEO and ExCo members
  • Organize and prepare internal and external meetings, events, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare agendas, minutes, and presentations for ExCo meetings
  • Provide research and analysis support for various projects and initiatives
  • Maintain accurate records and databases
Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar position
  • Completed commercial training or studies
  • Excellent MS Office skills, particularly in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Fluency in English, German, and ideally French
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and discretion
