Facilities Coordinator Leadership Role in Zürich

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Facilities Lead Coordinator to join our growing Facility Management organization at a client in the Technology sector in Zürich (ZH). This is a full-time position responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the designated site area, including reception, post room, cleaning, security, and specialist sub-contractors.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage service charge accounts and provide monthly report data to account managers
- Ensure client satisfaction by achieving client SLR and driving acceptable service delivery performance
- Maintain compliance with legislative, client, and CBRE health, safety, and environmental requirements
- Work with local, central, and third-party project managers to ensure fully integrated FM/project delivery
- Establish in-depth knowledge of client culture, particularly focusing on real estate and site organization
- Develop and implement a customer service strategy for the location
- Maintain a motivated team through management and personal development of local-based staff
- Organize monthly team meetings and oversee overall operational management within the designated site area
- Fluency in written and spoken English language
- Excellent communication skills, adaptable to varying situations, engaging, and informing others
- Advanced people management skills with proven ability to develop teams
- A strong understanding of good health and safety practices, promoting a strong health and safety culture
- Excellent understanding of FM, M&E services, and projects in occupied environments
- Preferred FM-related qualifications, including QHSE

The estimated annual salary for this role is between CHF 70,000 and CHF 90,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
