FIVE Zürich, a leading hotel in the heart of Switzerland, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bellman to join its dynamic Front Office team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest services, ensuring seamless check-ins, and providing personalized assistance to our discerning guests.

**Estimated Salary:** CHF 45,000 - 55,000 per year

About the Role
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a high-end hospitality environment, with excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. You will work closely with the management team to develop constantly evolving service goals, ensuring that all aspects of the guest experience meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accurate information about hotel facilities, activities, promotions, and happenings in the hotel/city.
  • Continuously man the front entrance and Bell Desk, ensuring driveways and entrance areas are clean, safe, and free of traffic.
  • Retrieve guest items from cars, buses, and vans using safe handling techniques.
  • Require physical stamina to stand, carry, and walk continuously throughout the shift.
  • Ensure luggage are retrieved and loaded/unloaded correctly, always re-confirming before allowing vehicles to move.
  • Tag, deliver/pick-up luggage promptly to/from correct rooms.
  • Escort guests to rooms or outlets, pointing out emergency escape routes before entering guestrooms.
  • Visually inspect public areas and report any unusual situations to the concerned department.
  • Keep public areas and luggage rooms clean and organized, maintaining equipment in good working order.
  • Record and follow up on guest requests.
  • Deliver accurate and timely guest messages.
  • Take endorsement from previous shifts and follow up on outstanding matters.
  • Adhere to hotel policies regarding fire, grooming, hygiene, health, safety, rules, and regulations.
  • Responsibly use available systems and equipment at the Front Office.
