We are looking for a highly skilled Luxury Sales Ambassador to represent our client, Top Luxury Fashion Company, in their Zurich boutique/stores.
About the RoleThis is a full-time on-site position requiring strong customer service skills and an ability to work independently. As a Luxury Sales Ambassador, you will be responsible for:
- Achieving personal sales targets by providing exceptional customer service and developing thorough product knowledge.
- Representing the Company with clients and establishing strong relationships to maximize sales performance.
- Maintaining accurate records of clientele and providing feedback to store managers on merchandise trends and sales opportunities.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- A strong sense of aesthetics and passion for luxury.
- Customer-oriented approach and natural selling abilities.
- Strong computer skills and ability to work effectively with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Fluency in English and German; additional languages are an asset.
We offer a competitive salary of approximately €80,000 - €100,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
