Luxury Sales Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Luxury Sales Consultant to represent Gi Group SA in Zurich. This full-time on-site role is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for luxury and exceptional customer service skills.
About the RoleAs a Luxury Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding sales performance by building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing personalized recommendations. Your primary goal will be to achieve personal sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of aesthetics, a natural flair for sales, and excellent communication skills. You will also be required to maintain accurate client records, provide feedback to store managers on merchandise trends, and ensure a respectful selling environment at all times.
Requirements- 5 years or more experience in a similar role
- Strong sense of aesthetics and passion for luxury
- Customer-oriented approach
- Natural selling abilities
- Detail-oriented, precise, reliable, and able to manage stress
- Fluent knowledge of German and English; fluency in other languages appreciated
This position is based in Zurich, Switzerland, and offers a competitive salary of approximately 120,000 - 150,000 CHF per annum, depending on experience.
