Compensation Package:

The estimated annual salary for this position is CHF 80,000 - CHF 100,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description:

As a Luxury Sales Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the boutique's performance by developing the client portfolio and providing exceptional shopping experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing the local client portfolio and point-of-sale promotions
  • Delivering outstanding customer service and post-sales experiences
  • Implementing store animations and boosting brand awareness
  • Serving as a brand ambassador
  • Maintaining Visual Merchandising and stock standards

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of experience in luxury retail
  • Exceptional client advisory skills and ability to build long-lasting relationships
  • A deep understanding of luxury customer service principles
  • An excellent team player with strong communication and sales-driven skills
  • Fluency in English and German; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
