Gi Group SA is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Advisor to join our team in Zurich. As a key representative of our client, Top Luxury Fashion Company, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

About the Role:

  • Achieve personal sales targets by developing and maintaining thorough product knowledge, anticipating client needs, and exceeding expectations.
  • Establish strong relationships with clients, gaining insight into their lifestyle and preferences to maximize sales performance.
  • Maintain accurate client records, provide feedback on merchandise trends, and ensure a respectful selling environment at all times.
  • Ensure appropriate sales floor coverage and comply with loss prevention procedures to protect inventory integrity.

Requirements:

  • 5 years or more experience in a similar role
  • Strong sense of aesthetics and passion for luxury
  • Customer-oriented approach with natural selling abilities
  • Detail-oriented, precise, reliable, and able to manage stress
  • Fluent German and English language skills, with proficiency in other languages an asset

Estimated Salary: CHF 80,000 - CHF 100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
