Gi Group SA, a leading provider of HR services, is seeking a highly motivated and charismatic individual to fill the role of Luxury Fashion Ambassador in our esteemed client's boutique in Zurich.

About Our Client

Our client is an Italian luxury fashion brand renowned for its high-end products and exceptional customer service. As a Luxury Fashion Ambassador, you will be the face of our client, responsible for providing an unparalleled customer experience that exceeds expectations.

About the Role

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic individual with a passion for luxury fashion. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong sense of style, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist clients in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Present and promote our client's luxury products in a way that showcases their unique features and benefits.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving any issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our client's products and services to provide expert advice and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Fluent English language skills (German language skills are also desirable).
  • A strong passion for luxury fashion and a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
