FIVE Hotels and Resorts is a leading innovator in the hospitality industry, known for its exceptional service and cutting-edge approach to guest experiences. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Luxury Front Desk Ambassador to join our team at our stunning hotel in Zürich, Switzerland.

About the Role:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met with ease.
  • Offer expert advice and booking services for a wide range of activities, including city tours, theatre tickets, restaurants, and more.
  • Process and deliver messages for guests, maintaining confidentiality and discretion when required.
  • Deliver and safely store guest luggage, adhering to high standards of security and attention to detail.
  • Stay up-to-date with all hotel services, daily VIP requests, and special events, ensuring seamless execution and excellent communication.
  • Ensure the lobby and front door areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and orderliness.
  • Provide support to management as required, handling emergency situations with professionalism and poise.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor, projecting a warm and welcoming atmosphere that exceeds guest expectations.
  • Adhere to policies and procedures when working with front-of-house equipment and property management systems.

  • Previous experience in a luxury hotel setting, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
  • A proactive and meticulous approach, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for excellence.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with ease.
  • A strong working knowledge of industry regulations and a commitment to staying up-to-date with best practices.
  • The ability to think creatively, finding innovative solutions to complex problems and taking ownership of all duties and tasks assigned.
  • Fluency in English and German, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
