We are seeking a skilled Facilities Lead Coordinator to join our growing Facility Management organization in Zürich (ZH). This is a 100% role that offers a unique opportunity to work with a client in the Technology sector.

Your main tasks will include:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Service Charge Management: Control and manage service charge accounts, providing monthly report data to the Account Manager.
  • Client Satisfaction: Ensure client satisfaction by achieving client Service Level Requirements (SLR) and driving acceptable service delivery performance.
  • Legislative Compliance: Ensure compliance with legislative, client, and CBRE health, safety, and environmental requirements, sharing best practices.
  • Project Management: Work with local, central, and third-party project managers to ensure fully integrated facilities management and project delivery.
  • Client Knowledge: Establish in-depth knowledge of the client culture, focusing on Real Estate and Site Organisation.
  • Customer Service: Develop and implement a Customer Service strategy for the location.
  • Team Management: Maintain a motivated team by managing and developing all local-based staff.
  • Operational Management: Oversee overall operational management within the designated site area, including Reception, Post room, Cleaning, Security, and Specialist Sub Contractors.

Your Profile:

  • Language Skills: Fluency in written and spoken English language.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt style to varying situations and engage and inform others.
  • People Management Skills: Advanced People Management skills with proven ability to develop teams.
  • Health and Safety: A strong understanding of good health and safety practices and the promotion of a strong Health and Safety culture.
  • FM Knowledge: Excellent understanding of Facilities Management, M&E services, and Projects in occupied environments.
  • Qualifications: Preferred FM-related qualifications, including QHSE.
