Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining meeting rooms to a professional standard, ensuring general office equipment is operational, and owning the appearance of your workspace. You will also manage on-site storage space, assist with Receptionist duties, and follow company guidelines. In addition, you will execute interoffice transports using company vehicles and possess a valid driving license.
Your ideal profile should include fluency in English, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
