Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Group and Events Sales Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for ensuring that our clients' meetings and events run smoothly, coordinating internal teams to provide a first-class experience, and making detailed arrangements with clients for smaller events.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure that client meetings and events are executed flawlessly
  • Cordinate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service
  • Maintain relationships with clients and negotiate contracts
  • Handle all aspects of event planning, from proposal preparation to final invoice control
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in high-end hospitality or luxury segment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken
  • Good computer skills and knowledge of MS Office
