Hotel Sales Coordinator

At the Mandarin Oriental Savoy, Zurich, we are seeking a highly skilled Hotel Sales Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the success of our hotel's meetings and events department.
About UsLocated in the heart of Zurich's Old Town, the Mandarin Oriental Savoy, Zurich offers 80 luxurious guest rooms and suites, as well as three dining venues. Our hotel is perfectly situated for meetings and events, with its newly renovated event facilities, including a grand historic ballroom.
Your Tasks- Event Coordination: You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our clients' meetings and events, from initial planning to final execution.
- Internal Team Coordination: You will work closely with our internal teams to provide a world-class experience for our clients, organizers, hosts, and attendees.
- Detailed Arrangements: You will make detailed arrangements with clients for smaller events, handling everything from request to proposal preparation and price negotiation, contract creation, and final invoice control.
- Sales Commitment: You will be committed to additional sales of meetings and conferences, driving revenue growth for our hotel.
- Experience: We expect you to have experience in a similar position in the high-end hospitality or luxury field.
- Organizational Skills: You should possess excellent organizational skills, with a high level of comprehension and attention to detail.
- Communication Skills: You should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong ability to build relationships with clients, colleagues, and superiors.
- Technical Skills: You should have good computer skills, with proficiency in relevant software applications.
