About the Role

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our Sales organization in Switzerland (Zurich).

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business development within Enterprise accounts, orchestrating teams, and driving increased business value for our customers through the use of data, AI, and analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow an existing set of accounts within the Public, Life Sciences, and Telco industries.
  • Develop plans to identify areas with potential for further development and execute them.
  • Generate new business through strategic-based selling and managing relationships with customers.
  • Sell software, solutions, and services to current and prospective customers.
  • Direct complex sales opportunities, including implementation plans.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in selling complex software solutions and services to business owners and IT stakeholders.
  • Experience in driving sales processes within targeted industries is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience in account mapping and navigating complex ecosystems.
  • Ability to analyze and evaluate territory dynamics and develop a sales plan.
  • Fluent in German and English.
