- We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to lead digital transformation initiatives across the organization, focusing on process improvements and technology enhancements.">
- You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business cases, manage project delivery, and ensure successful outcomes.">
- Your tasks will include building and maintaining relationships with business stakeholders, developing digital roadmaps, and translating them into manageable initiatives.">
- You will employ analytical reasoning and systems thinking to identify business problems and opportunities for improvement.">
- Manage the delivery of enhancements and initiatives, from shaping demand, requirements engineering, cross-functional impact analysis, benefits identification, developing strong business cases, to successfully leading them through stage gates till implementation and closure.">
- Delve optimizations and improve business processes enabled by technology.">
- Market existing solutions to maximize IT assets deployed in enabling business processes.">
- Manage a team of Business Analysts and their delivery of initiatives.">
- Standardize the approach to business analysis, build up competencies in the team, and in its delivery of work products.">
Your Profile
">- ">
- Collaborative individual with a positive attitude and enjoy working across teams.">
- A strong leader who can engage with senior management as well as go into details with the team.">
- Strategic mindset and curious about technology trends and innovation.">
- You have set up new teams and developed competencies in people in this area.">
- Experience in working in and/or setting up Digital Product Management and/or Process Management teams.">
- Track record in working in several enterprise projects especially ones that involve systems such as SAP.">
- Wore different hats in prior roles such as Project Manager, IT Business Analyst.">
- A leader, but also a team member that shares some of the responsibilities along with the team.">
- Customer-focused and outcome-driven.">
- Relevant industry experience that helps you relate to our business quickly (e.g., industries with physical products such as in MRO, Manufacturing, Supply chain etc.).">
